Sahat Pardede
MemberIndonesian citizen, 62 years old, was appointed as Member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee based on the Circular Resolution of the Board of Commissioners in Lieu of the Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Petrosea in December 2023.
He also serves as Partner at Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Sahat Handoko dan Rekan (2001 until now), Tenaga Ahli at PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) (2022 until now), Tenaga Ahli Dekom / Member of the Audit Committee at Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk (2019 until now), as well as Member of the Audit Committee at PT AKR Corporindo (2015 until now) and PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2021 until now).
Previously, he served as Member of Dewan Standar Profesional Akuntan Publik II (DSPAP II) from Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAPI) (2019-2021), Penasehat Ahli at Komisi Pengawas SKK Migas (2013-2020), Chairman and Member of Komite Asistensi dan Implementasi Standar Profesi (KAISP) from Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAPI) (2016-2019), Member of the Audit Committee at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) (2007-2017), Member of the Audit Committee at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (2004-2014), Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee at Bank BNI (2006-2007) and Government Auditor at Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) (1983-2000).
He graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN), Jakarta in 1989 and earned his Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada in 1993.
