Iman Darus Hikhman
DirectorIndonesian citizen, 44 years old, was appointed as Director during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 4 December 2023.
He also serves as Director at PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara since 2024, President Director at PT Lintas Kelola Berlaba since 2024 and President Commissioner at PT Rekakarsa Karya Nusantara since 2024.
Previously he served as Director at PT Cristian Eka Pratama (2023-2024), Mining Director (non deed) di PT Petrosea Tbk (2020-2023), Mining General Manager at PT Petrosea Tbk (2018-2020), Director at PT Mahaka Industri Perdana (2017-2018), Area Mining Manager at PT Petrosea Tbk (2015-2018), Technical Services Manager di PT Petrosea Tbk (2012-2015), Mine Planning & Development Manager at PT KBB (CCOW) (2010-2012) as well as Management trainee and several other positions (2004-2010). He has more than 20 years of experience in mining operations.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from University of Islam Bandung in 2004 and a Master of Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University in 2018.
