As part of its commitment to anti-corruption and business integrity, Petrosea holds ISO 37001:2016 certification for Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), which has been obtained and successfully maintained since 2019.
Petrosea achieved a “Very Good” rating with a score of 94.79 based on international standards outlined in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), surpassing the average score of Big Cap 100 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Petrosea delivers ESG-related training to support the integration of sustainability into its business operations while equipping employees with the knowledge and capabilities to contribute to the Company's sustainability objectives.
Petrosea integrates sustainable procurement principles into its supply chain management to mitigate ESG risks and impacts while enhancing operational efficiency. In 2025, all suppliers were selected through an environmental and social assessment process.
Petrosea has established a Whistleblowing System aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, integrity and fairness in Company activities involving all employees, including members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
To strengthen awareness and understanding of anti-fraud, anti-corruption and anti-bribery practices, Petrosea conducts training and socialization programs on its Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) for all employees, vendors and suppliers.
