Asean CG Scorecard
Petrosea continuously implements GCG and adopts international standard GCG practices as required by the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS).
Petrosea continues to be committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in accordance with the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) criteria.
In 2025, we once again conducted an assessment of GCG implementation within the Company which was carried out by an independent party. Based on the assessment, Petrosea managed to obtain a score of 94.79 points which shows that the level of compliance remains in the “Very Good” predicate and and exceeding the average score of public companies in the Big Cap 100 category, in which GCG practices have adopted international standards as required by ACGS.
Petrosea’s ACGS assessment scores have steadily improved over the years, from 69.29 points in 2019, 82.54 points in 2022, 85.65 points in 2023, 92.21 points in 2024 and 94.79 points in 2025. This improvement reflects the Company’s consistent efforts to strengthen governance practices and embed a culture of accountability, transparency, and responsible business conduct across its operations in line with international standards.
